Great service. Highly recommend!

This was my first time ever using a housecleaning service, and I was fully satisfied. I would recommend Happy Home — and Jelytza in particular — to anyone. Jelytza was thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, professional and kind to my clingy pets as a bonus. My house has never looked better. I'll definitely be requesting her again!

Genesis from Happy Home Maid Service was our FAVORITE cleaner. They are all always very friendly and efficient but Genesis went above and beyond in her cleaning today and was extremely pleasant and our house looks AMAZING!

Performed and move in deep clean before we moved into our new home and all I can say is WOW. Super responsive with setting up an appointment and were in the the house with only a weeks notice. Excellent job cleaning every nook and cranny. Very affordable pricing and well worth the money!

It was wonderful to come home to a clean house. They did all the dusting, made our beds (we placed the sheets to be changed in the bed), cleaned every surface within reach. We look forward to our continued service for ease of mind and comfort. They left us a very cute plant and a happy holiday card too; a very genuine personal touch.

In general we’ve been very happy with this company! And our current cleaner, Kelly, is very thorough, efficient , and listens to any special requests you might have. She is also very personable, and and even left us a cute gift for the holidays! Truly the only suggestion I would make is for the office to avoid the last minute time changes. 🙂

Jelytza has been my house cleaner and has been doing a great job. She’s attentive, polite and very thorough. I haven’t found any issues with the work she has done. She pays attention to detail and completes her work in a timely manner. I look forward to having her on a biweekly basis.

Virginia Colon arrived promptly at 9:00 to do a deep cleaning of our condo/apartment. She worked for 4 hours and did an excellent job. Everything is spotless and she was a joy to work with. Virginia came to clean and was wonderful. She was prompt and very courteous. I signed up for bi weekly cleaning and hope to have her again.

William does a phenomenal job cleaning my home. He has been my cleaner twice and now I ask for him by name if he is available! He gets down to business the moment he walks in the door. He is also incredibly personable and wonderful with pets. The administration at this business is very responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Virginia was fabulous! She did a wonderful job cleaning our home right before Thanksgiving. We are very happy with her services. We are also very happy with Happy Home, who has been cleaning our home for over a year now. Every professional they have sent to our home was courteous and did a good job. Sometimes different people come every week but I never have to tell them what’s different about our home, they leave great notes for each other. It’s also very easy to add extra things as needed to make scheduling changes.

Kelly was wonderful and super professional! She did a great job and was an absolute sweetheart. Will definitely be hiring her again!

Highly recommend!!!!!! Laura is very helpful when you book your first cleaning and set up a recurring cleaning service. Beth R has been coming to our home biweekly for a few months now and she is amazing. So hard working, everything is pristine and beautiful and takes the stress of my plate. She adds little touches around the house that make it feel like a hotel. Highly recommend this company for cleaning services.

The service is the best! I get every other week house cleaning as I have some physical limitations and I couldn’t be happier. Brie is wonderful; she is very professional and thorough and leaves my house sparkling. She is even great with my two rescue cats. Over time When I have had injuries I’ve had other cleaners but Brie is the best!

We've been using Happy Home Maid Service for about eight years now. The person currently assigned to clean our house is Brie. She is amazing. Brie has been with us for about four or five years. She is thorough, efficient, and takes her time to clean and organize our home. We have two kids with lots of "stuff" and she is great about writing us notes if something seems amiss, like if a chair seems wobbly to her or if she notices some bees on our porch. She manages our obnoxious dog well. She is professional and friendly-- she is an ideal service provider that we feel comfortable having in our home. When we need to communicate with the office, we always receive high quality service. We are really happy with Happy Home Maid Service!

I have used this service for several years. The owners schedule the cleanings to accommodate my requests. All of the women who have been to my house have worked hard and done an excellent job.I would especially like to recommend Kelly as an outstanding cleaner. She always leaves the house in pristine condition.

I put my first review in eight months ago and wanted to update because this service is nothing less than amazing! I recently had Will do the cleaning to my home and I cannot describe how wonderful of a job it was. Any time I reach out for an appointment they always are so willing to work with my schedule. Very grateful to have them all! Have had these wonderful individuals do just regular cleanings, but after having Covid and being single mom I knew I needed help so my son could come home to a clean house after being away for the week of quarantine. They fit me in so fast to have the house ready and clean when I was still feeling under the weather. Thank you so so much for the peace of mind.

Very happy with my experience with Happy Home Maid Service! I called last week basically desperate for help cleaning my house in preparation to list it, and they fit me right in! If I could give Jess more than 5 stars I would! This is the first service in all the years I have had people cleaning my home that I am completely satisfied each and every time! Laura and her team go above and beyond. We have used them for our multi family property in between tenants, and for our personal home. They get the job done ! They go above and beyond to accommodate us, and even fit me in when I last minute request a clean. Which is usually... always. 10/10. The only Company we will use !

I’ve been using this service off and on for a few years and have always been happy. Staff is wonderful, pleasant and very professional and with great personality! The owner has always been very accommodating to our schedule and runs a great business. When I ask for a little something extra one week, they take care of it. They have always wanted to please us as customers and all I have to do is ask for what I want. Communication is key! And they can’t read our minds! They work hard and want to make their customers happy. I know they would always do right by me and I would never knock them down over a dust bunny left behind. I trust they will always make things right but I’ve never had to ask them to do a better job, they do great and I feel comfortable asking if I need a little extra work done and usually there is no extra cost for a simple request and their prices are already very fair!

I have worked with Laura and her team off and on for about 5 years. I need an extra hand with my house during my busy season, and she’s always so flexible to our needs. Her girls all work hard, and do a great job. They also love my dog, who is quite a handful. I’m relieved when I come home and everything is tidied up and clean. We plan to hire her and the team to clean for us when we sell our rental property as well. Thank you so much for always taking care of us Laura! You guys are the best!
